It's the small moments here that stay with you.
This month
Lighting design here is doing serious work.
Came back the next morning to see it again.
More atmospheric than I thought concrete could ever be. I'd been wrong about a lot of things.
Floor pattern caught my eye more than anything.
Crazy good light.
Felt like being inside a careful idea, slowly unfolding.
Generous spaces without being grand.
Caught it at golden hour and that was the right call.
I've seen this building in magazines my entire career and I still wasn't prepared for it.
Walked around it twice trying to figure out why I liked it so much.
Smaller than I thought, and not in a good way.
It commits to its idea fully and doesn't apologize for it. I respect that.
Tightly composed.
