First time I sketched in months.

More restrained than I thought it would be, in a good way.
Sat on a bench across from it for too long, watching how light moved across the facade.
I came skeptical and left convinced.
Hyped up too much.
Felt domestic in a way I wasn't expecting.
Felt cold and corporate.
Came back the next morning to see it again.
Genuinely peaceful.
Brought my sketchbook. Glad I did.
Bench placement is genius.
More restrained than the photos suggest.
I keep thinking about the threshold detail. Such a small move but it changes how you read the whole sequence.
Materials chosen for how they age, not how they look new.
